Vape tricks with the RandM Tornado: what works with little vapour

Vape tricks live off dense vapour. The RandM Tornado is a mouth to lung device and gives off less vapour per puff than an open device made for a direct lung hit. The tricks that fit best are therefore the ones that get by with little vapour, for example the ghost inhale and the French inhale. For denser shapes the Fumot Tornado 20000 helps in its two coil mode.

Which vape tricks need little vapour?

The ghost inhale and the French inhale. With both you shape nothing, you only steer a small cloud. With the ghost inhale you let the vapour out of your mouth briefly and draw it straight back in. With the French inhale it rises out of your mouth and you draw it in through your nose. The more shape a trick demands, the denser the vapour has to be.

Trick What it looks like Vapour needed
Ghost inhale let a cloud out of your mouth briefly and draw it back in little
French inhale draw the vapour from your mouth up through your nose little
Dragon push vapour out through your nose and both corners of your mouth at once medium
Waterfall blow vapour into a bottle and pour it out slowly medium
O rings push rings out of your mouth a lot
Tornado lay vapour flat on the table and pull it up into a vortex with your hand a lot
Jellyfish send a small burst of vapour through a ring a lot

Why are O rings harder with a disposable vape?

Because a ring only holds if the vapour is dense. Mouth to lung devices have a tighter draw and are built for taste and runtime. Every range in our catalogue is built that way. A thin ring falls apart before it has a shape. What the coil has to do with it is in the article What is a mesh coil?

Which range suits tricks best?

The Fumot Tornado 20000. It is the only range with us that has its own mode for more vapour: one coil for a long runtime, two coils for more vapour. On the RandM Tornado 15000 you set the airflow with the ring at the base. An open airflow makes the draw easier.

Range Coil What helps with vapour
Fumot Tornado 20000 two mesh coils two coil mode for more vapour
RandM Tornado 15000 mesh coil airflow adjustable with the ring at the base
RandM Tornado 25000 two mesh coils no setting in the data sheet
Fumot Digital Box 12000 mesh coil, 0.8 ohm airflow fixed

The figures come from the data sheet of each range.

How do you practise without the taste suffering?

With breaks between the puffs. Many puffs one after another let the coil run hot, because the liquid does not flow in fast enough. Then the puff tastes burnt. Take a short break after a few attempts and the taste stays clean. What is behind the burnt taste is explained in the article on why a vape tastes burnt.

What do you need to start?

Still air and a calm, even draw. An open window or a fan is enough to tear any shape apart. Draw calmly and not for too long, hold the vapour in your mouth for a moment and let it out without pressure. Start with the ghost inhale. It forgives the most and shows you how your vapour behaves.

You find every range we stock at RandM Vape Shop (randmvape.shop) under Disposable vapes. The devices contain nicotine and are intended for adults, more on that under Youth protection.

Frequently asked questions

Which vape trick is the easiest?

The ghost inhale. You let a small cloud out of your mouth and draw it straight back in. Little vapour is enough for that.

Can you make rings with any RandM Tornado?

Whether a ring works depends on the amount of vapour. The Fumot Tornado 20000 has a two coil mode for that, the other ranges have no such mode.

Does practising use more liquid?

Yes. Every puff counts, even if you use it for a trick. You can see the liquid level on your device’s display.

Does the tornado trick have anything to do with the RandM Tornado?

No. The trick is called that because the vapour rises as a vortex. It only shares the word with the RandM Tornado range.
