We ship Monday to Friday from Germany. Order by the afternoon and your parcel normally goes out the same day. Inside Germany it is then 2 to 3 working days on the way. As soon as the parcel is moving you get the tracking number by email. All transit times are in the shipping policy.

From €75 we ship free inside Germany, below that shipping is €5.99. To Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic we ship for €14.99, free from €150.

Yes. The box is plain, there is no product label on the outside and the sender gives no hint about the contents. Inside, your devices are padded in paper so the seals reach you intact.

Yes, as long as your DHL account is cleared for the 18 plus age check. Without a confirmed age the locker cannot release the parcel, and delivery to your address is the safe route.

Yes. We hold the dealer confirmation from Fumot. Every device reaches the shop that way, not through a middleman, and carries the manufacturer's security code.

There are two methods, depending on when your device was made. On devices from January 2026 on, the code is printed openly on the packaging; on older devices it sits under a scratch field with a QR code. We walk through both step by step in the Authenticity Check.

All eight ranges we carry have 20 mg/ml, which is 2%. That holds from the Fumot Digital Box 12000 to the Eco 4in1 80000, whatever the flavor. You also find the figure in the model data on every product page.

Not in our range. Every device we carry has 20 mg/ml. We only take on what we buy direct from Fumot and can check for authenticity. If a nicotine free range is added, you will see it under New Arrivals.

The number in the model name is the maximum puff count stated by the manufacturer, 12000 to 80000 in our range. How long a device actually lasts depends on how long your puffs are. More on that in the guide How many puffs does a vape have.

Germany sets no legal maximum for the number of puffs a vape may have. The figure of 600 puffs that often comes up is not a legal puff limit.

Yes, every one of our models charges over USB-C like a phone. That way the battery lasts until the e-liquid runs out. There is a walkthrough on the How to Use page.

Write to info@randmvape.shop and attach a short video showing the fault. If we can see it in the video, you send the device in to us. If our technician confirms the fault, we refund your shipping cost and send a replacement.

Your airline decides that. With most of them a vape belongs in your carry-on and not in checked luggage, and you are not allowed to use it on board. Ask your airline before the flight and there will be no surprise at security.

Yes, the Fumot brand is allowed in Germany.

Fumot is the manufacturer, RandM is its brand. That is why newer devices carry both names, for example Fumot Tornado 20000. Older ranges keep running as RandM Tornado. Same house, same production. More about it on the About Us page.

No, only RandM and Fumot. That is deliberate. Because we buy direct from the manufacturer, we can say where every device comes from, and you can check the code yourself.
