Are your RandM vapes genuine?
Yes. As a confirmed Fumot dealer we buy directly from Fumot, the manufacturer behind RandM. Every pack has a security code that you check yourself in the Authenticity Check.
How long does shipping take?
We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Germany. If you order by the afternoon, your parcel usually goes out the same day, otherwise on the next working day. Within Germany it is then 2 to 3 working days on the road.
Which model fits me?
That depends on how long a device should last. The puff count in the name is the best guide, from 12000 to 80000 puffs. You can compare all eight series under RandM Tornado models. If you are unsure, write to us.
