A clear rule

In Germany, products containing nicotine may not be sold to anyone under 18. That applies in a shop just as it does online, and it applies without exception.

That is why we ask for your age as soon as you open the shop. If doubts come up later about whether the answer was true, we cancel the order and refund the amount.

For parents

If your child has ordered from us

Write to us

We cancel the order and refund the amount, even if the parcel is already on its way.

Parental control software

Programs such as JusProg can block content for minors on the device.

Legal basis

Youth Protection Act and Tobacco Products Act

Selling products containing nicotine to minors is prohibited under the German Youth Protection Act. That applies to shops on the street and to mail order alike. Breaches can be punished with a fine.

The Tobacco Products Act also governs how products containing nicotine may be advertised and sold in Germany. We address our communication to adults only and we do not advertise our products on channels aimed mainly at young people.

We stick to that, without exception and without leeway. Orders where there is doubt about the buyer being of age are cancelled and refunded in full.
