A clear rule
In Germany, products containing nicotine may not be supplied to anyone under 18. That applies in a shop and online alike, and it applies without exception.
That is why we ask for your age the moment you open the shop. If it later looks like the answer was not truthful, we cancel the order and refund the amount.
Legal basis
Youth Protection Act and Tobacco Products Act
Supplying products containing nicotine to minors is prohibited under the Jugendschutzgesetz. That applies to shops and to mail order alike. Breaches can be punished with a fine.
The Tabakerzeugnisgesetz additionally governs how products containing nicotine may be advertised and supplied in Germany. We address our communication exclusively to adults and do not advertise our products on channels aimed mainly at young people.
We stick to that, without exception and without leniency. Orders where there is doubt about the buyer being of age are cancelled and refunded in full.
