1. Who your contract partner is

These terms apply to all orders you place through randmvape.shop.

We sell to consumers only, meaning private individuals. We do not accept orders for resale.

2. You must be of legal age

Our products contain nicotine. We sell them only to people aged 18 and over.

By placing your order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we have justified doubts about that, we may refuse the order or ask for proof before we ship.

Do not pass the goods on to minors. That is not just a request from us, it is prohibited by law.

3. How the contract comes about

The presentation of the products in the shop is not yet an offer. It is an invitation to you to make one.

When you click Buy now, you are making a binding offer. We then immediately send you a confirmation by email that your order has reached us. That acknowledgement of receipt is not yet an acceptance.

The contract only comes about when we send you the shipping confirmation or deliver the goods.

Before you submit, you can correct your entries at any point during the order process. Use your browser's back function for that or change the cart.

We store the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can call up and print these terms here at any time.

The contract is concluded in German.

4. Prices

All prices are final prices in euros.

Shipping costs are added. How high they are and from which order value we deliver free is in our shipping policy. You also see the amount during the order process, before you buy.

5. Payment

We deliver against advance payment. We do not currently offer other payment methods.

After your order you get an email from us with our bank details and the order number. Please state the order number as the payment reference, otherwise we cannot match your payment.

Transfer the amount within seven days of the order. We hold the goods for you that long.

If nothing reaches us by then, we cancel the order and release the goods again. You get an email about that. It costs you nothing.

As soon as your money reaches us, we pack your parcel. The shipping day counts from the receipt of payment, not from the order.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.

Everything about costs, transit times and shipping method is in our shipping policy.

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we contact you immediately. If you have already paid, we refund the amount without delay. We only send a replacement flavor if you confirm it to us.

7. Retention of title

Until you have paid in full, the goods remain our property.

8. Withdrawal

As a consumer you have a fourteen day right of withdrawal.

Pay particular attention to the exception for sealed goods: we cannot take back opened devices for reasons of hygiene. That does not limit your rights in the case of a defective device.

9. If something is wrong with the goods

Statutory liability for defects applies. If the goods are defective, you can rely on the statutory rules.

How to report a defect to us and how we handle it is in the return policy. In that case always contact us first at info@randmvape.shop before you send anything back. That is faster for you, and it lets us take care of the return.

10. Gift cards

You can redeem gift cards in the shop and also give them as a present.

You cannot have them paid out in cash, and we do not pay interest on them. If your balance is not enough for the purchase, you pay the difference. If the purchase is smaller than the balance, the rest stays on the gift card.

If a gift card code gets lost, get in touch with us. We can find it again through your order.

11. If there is a dispute

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and we do not take part in them.

That does not mean we sit problems out. Write to info@randmvape.shop. In almost every case the matter is settled with one email.

12. Final provisions

German law applies. The mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected by this.

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
