Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by letter, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this, but you are not required to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs. Excluded are the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. We refund without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.

For this refund we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you a fee for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back. Whichever comes first applies.

You must send the goods back to us or hand them over without delay, and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days are up.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods where that loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, properties and functioning.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not exist for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where their seal has been removed after delivery.

What that means with us: we can only take back unopened goods. That means the bag is still sealed, the films on the vape are intact and the protector on the mouthpiece is still on. If any one of those has been opened or removed, we cannot put the vape back on sale for reasons of hygiene.

If you are unsure, send us a short message at info@randmvape.shop before you hand the parcel in. That saves you the postage on a return we cannot accept.

A vape does not work

That is not a case for withdrawal but a defect. There is no fourteen day window for that, and you do not have to have kept the vape unopened either. This is how it works with us:

1. Send us a video

Write to info@randmvape.shop and attach a short video. It should show you drawing on the vape and what happens, or does not happen. Film the display on the device as well. Give us your order number with it.

2. We take a look

If the video confirms the fault, we let you know and you send the vape in to us. You cover the postage up front. Keep the receipt.

3. Our technician checks it

If the check confirms the fault, we refund your shipping cost and send you a new vape to make up for it.

4. If your flavor is sold out

Then we ask you first which alternative you would like. We do not send anything unasked.
