We ship Monday to Friday with DHL as a tracked parcel. Within Germany shipping costs €5.99, and it is free from €75 order value. To Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic it costs €14.99, free from €150.
Your parcel arrives in a plain box, with no printing and no hint of what is inside. Nobody can tell from the outside what you ordered.
Returns
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal. We can only take back unopened goods: the bag is still sealed, the films on the vape are intact and the mouthpiece cover is still on. If any of that is opened or removed, we cannot put the vape back on sale for hygiene reasons.
Device does not draw or is faulty
Write to info@randmvape.shop and attach a short video showing the fault. If we can see it in the video, you send the device to us. If our technician confirms the fault, we refund your shipping and send a replacement.
